At BLKBRD SHOEMAKER, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your fit. If your footwear isn't the perfect match, you may return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the shoes are unworn and placed back in their original packaging, including the dust bags and any accessories, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Audit & Refund

  Once our master shoemakers inspect the returned item for its original condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange pair immediately.
